10-eok (the “Service”) is an informational service that shows backtest results based on real historical market data. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any specific financial product, nor does it provide investment or financial advice.

2. Investment responsibility (disclaimer)

• Past returns do not guarantee future results. Every result reflects a hypothetical — “if you had invested this way in the past.”
• Leveraged ETFs and similar products carry a high risk of principal loss, and real-world investing adds taxes, fees, and psychological factors on top of what’s shown here.
• You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make based on the Service, and for their outcomes.

3. Data accuracy

The Service uses data from reputable external sources (Yahoo Finance, FRED), but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of that data. Calculations are based on the stated assumptions and simplifications (see How It Works).

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service’s provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, from data errors, or from your interpretation of any calculated results.

These terms may be updated from time to time; any changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
